A catering service is available for parties, family occasions etc. All the preparation and cooking is carried out in the cookery school ready for collection or delivery on the day of the event. The menus are usually themed - Thai, Indian, Mediterannean, Italian, French, Spanish for example, which means the starters, main courses, salads, and desserts are complementary to each other.
A summer mediterannean dinner party menu might consist a selection of Spanish and Greek style tapas and mezze as an informal starter to serve with drinks. The main courses could then be:
Spanish pork with chorizo and chickpeas, with saffron and coriander rice
Italian Polpettine (little meatballs) with tomato and rosemary sauce, with roasted vegetables
Goats cheese and courgette tart with toasted pinenuts and herb salad.
Desserts could be: Apricot and passion fruit sorbet with shortbread biscuits, Roasted peaches with brown rum and mascarpone, and for the chocolate lovers Dark chocolate mousse cake with raspberries.
